Residential rental income is taxed under KRA rental rules. Landlords file and pay on iTax for the periods that apply.

  1. Confirm you have a PIN with the right obligation.
  2. Keep monthly rent records and deduction evidence.
  3. On iTax, open the rental return or payment slip process for your case.
  4. Pay by the due dates KRA publishes for that year.
