Every tool on this page works for free in your phone’s browser, with no app to install and no account to create. They answer the questions Kenyans deal with every day: why a government portal keeps rejecting your photo, how many cluster points your KCSE grades give you, what a loan app really costs, and how much tax comes off your salary. The file tools process photos and PDFs on your own device, so your documents are never uploaded to our server.
The tools are grouped by job below. Each one opens on its own page with the official rules it is based on, so you can check the figures yourself.
Upload and Photo Tools for Government Portals
Portals such as eCitizen, KUCCPS, HELB, KMTC and TSC reject files that are too large or the wrong shape. These tools resize, compress and merge your files so they pass the first time.
- eCitizen Passport Photo Resizer: turns any phone photo into a 207×207 pixel passport photo on a white background, the size eCitizen expects.
- eCitizen Document Compressor: shrinks scanned IDs, certificates and PDFs to fit eCitizen’s upload limits, and lets you type in the limit your screen shows.
- KUCCPS Document Compressor: explains what to attach for each KUCCPS transfer reason and compresses your PDFs to fit.
- HELB Upload Compressor: compresses HELB supporting documents and merges the front and back of your ID into one PDF.
- KMTC Upload Tool: keeps each KMTC admissions scan under 2 MB, merges certificates into one PDF and makes a passport photo.
- TSC Registration Documents Compressor: merges transcripts into one PDF, compresses certificates under 1 MB and makes a passport photo for TSC number registration.
- KRA iTax Document Compressor: combines invoice photos into one PDF and compresses it under iTax’s 10 MB limit for supporting documents.
- KNEC Passport Photo Resizer: makes the 300×300 pixel photo KNEC asks for when registering candidates.
- Certificate of Good Conduct Compressor: explains what the DCI asks you to upload and makes or compresses the PDFs for eCitizen and employers.

How to Get the Best Results
Read the short rules box at the top of each tool page before you start. Where a portal publishes an exact limit, the tool uses it. Where the portal does not publish one, the page says so and lets you enter the limit shown on your screen, rather than guessing. Calculators use the official rates named on each page; your bank, Sacco, employer or KRA will always have the final figure, so treat the results as a close estimate.
If a tool gives a result that looks wrong, or a portal changes its rules, tell us through the contact page and we will check it. New tools are added to this page as soon as they pass testing.
