- Open M-Pesa and choose Lipa na M-Pesa, then Paybill.

Sidian mobile banking, QLoan and ATM limits
- USSD: dial *527# for balance, transfers (own, internal, EFT, RTGS, SWIFT), bill payments and the QLoan mobile loan.
- App: SidianVIBE. If you forget your PIN, use the “forgot PIN” option on the app or USSD to reset it with your account details.
- ATM limit: up to KSh 40,000 a day, which the bank says can be raised on request.
- Wrong transfer: call the contact centre on 0711 058 000 immediately so the team can try to reverse it before the money is withdrawn.
