Smart driving licences are renewed through NTSA TIMS on eCitizen. You pay online, then complete biometrics or collection steps the portal shows for your case.

  1. Log in to eCitizen / NTSA TIMS.
  2. Open driving licence renewal.
  3. Confirm your classes and personal details.
  4. Pay the fee on the official invoice.
  5. Book biometrics or collection as instructed.
  6. Track status until the smart DL is ready.
