If iTax rejects your password, reset it with the email on your KRA profile.

  1. On itax.kra.go.ke click Forgot Password.
  2. Enter PIN or ID as prompted.
  3. Open the reset mail (check spam).
  4. Set a new strong password and log in.
  5. If the email is dead, visit KRA or Huduma with your original ID.
