Prudential Life Kenya Contacts for Payments: Paybill

Prudential’s website does not publish an M-Pesa paybill number. Most life policies are paid by check-off, standing order or a paybill given in your policy documents. If you don’t have one, call 0719 075 000 and ask for the paybill and account number in writing. Pay only to a number the company confirms, and never send premiums to an agent’s personal line. Our guide to paying a paybill explains the account-number mistakes that delay payments.

How to Make a Prudential Life Claim

For a PRUCritical Care claim, Prudential lists these documents: a completed claim form, a copy of the member’s ID, an official medical report from a registered doctor that confirms the diagnosis, date and cause, and a death certificate for death claims. Its product pages also list exclusions. These include pre-existing conditions you did not disclose and illnesses caused by alcohol or drug abuse. On PRUDahari-Dumu, natural-cause death and critical illness claims in the first 6 months are not paid. Read your policy’s exclusions before you file. To start a claim, use the Prudential Life Kenya contacts above: call 0719 075 000 or email customer.service@prudentiallife.co.ke. For more on the process, see our guide on how insurance claims work in Kenya.
