SACCOs pay a dividend on share capital and interest (sometimes called a rebate) on deposits. Enter your balances and the rates your SACCO declared at its AGM.
Tax
KRA’s withholding tax rate on qualifying dividends to residents is 5%, deducted by the SACCO. Tax treatment of interest on deposits depends on the payment; ask your SACCO what it deducts.
