How to Make a General Insurance Claim
SanlamAllianz describes its claims process in three steps:
- Report the claim by calling the hotline on 0709 566 000, emailing claims@ke.sanlamallianz.com or walking into a branch.
- Lodge the claim. Download and fill in the right claim form, then email it with your documents to claims@ke.sanlamallianz.com. The company says supporting documents can include repair estimates, photos of the damaged car or property, a police report (in case of death) and anything else it asks for.
- Investigation, verification and payment. Once the claim is verified, SanlamAllianz pays by cheque or online transfer.
