Jumia Black Friday 2026 is Jumia Kenya’s November sale with flash sales, limited-time deals and bundles across phones, electronics, fashion, home appliances, beauty and groceries. When we checked on 28 October 2026, Jumia’s Black Friday page was live with a countdown to the start of the sale, but Jumia had not published a fixed end date. Jumia Black Friday 2026 dates

Black Friday itself falls on Friday 27 November 2026, but Kenyan shops run longer campaigns. Jumia’s page was already counting down on 28 October, which means the sale opens within days rather than weeks. How to pay on Jumia Black Friday

JumiaPay is Jumia’s own payment service. According to the JumiaPay FAQ:

• You pay once and do not need to re-enter payment details for later orders.
• Most Jumia promotions and vouchers can be combined with JumiaPay, but not with promotions tied to other payment methods.
• Orders can be cancelled if you hit your monthly JumiaPay transaction limit; upgrading to Premium raises the limit.

Jumia Black Friday returns and refunds

JumiaPay’s customer protection is the main reason to pay through it:

• At delivery: if anything is wrong, or you change your mind when the parcel arrives, reject it and the refund is instant (it can take up to 48 hours to show).
• After accepting: you are still covered for 7 days if the product is not on the ineligible list, does not match the description, is fake or does not work properly.
• Timing: refunds happen in less than 48 hours after Jumia Customer Care approval.
• Amount: 100%, with no money transfer fee, sent back to your mobile money account.
• Not covered: products not bought with JumiaPay, and items outside Jumia’s refund policy.

Start a refund with the shop you bought from. If you disagree with the outcome, contact Jumia through its contact page.

How to avoid Black Friday traps on Jumia

2. Read the warranty line. Many listings say “1YR WRTY”; confirm who honours it.
