How to reach Telkom customer care fastest
- Call 100 from your Telkom line. It is the shortest route for airtime, data and line problems.
- Use the nearest shop’s direct line from the table if you need to know whether a shop can do SIM replacement or has a device in stock.
- Email CustomerCare@telkom.co.ke for billing disputes, so you have a written record. Include your Telkom number, ID number and a short timeline.
- Business lines go to Corporate Care on 200 or 0800 200000, not the consumer line.
- Use Telkom’s “Leave a message” form on the contact page if calls do not go through.
Common Telkom issues and where to take them
- Lost SIM or SIM replacement: visit a Telkom shop with your original ID, and call the shop first to confirm it does replacements.
- T-Kash problems (wrong transfer, PIN lock): call 100 first, then follow up by email. T-Kash also works for bills; see how to buy KPLC tokens with T-Kash.
- Home or office internet faults: corporate customers use Corporate Care; compare options in our best internet service providers in Kenya review.
- Unresolved complaints: if Telkom does not fix a service complaint, you can escalate to the Communications Authority of Kenya, the sector regulator.

Beware of fake Telkom numbers
Telkom’s official customer care numbers are 100 and 020 2221000. Ignore calls or SMS from ordinary mobile numbers claiming to be Telkom and asking for your T-Kash PIN, ID photo or a “reversal fee”. Telkom staff will not ask for your PIN.
