New or replacement number plates are ordered through NTSA after the vehicle is on TIMS. Plate type and fees appear on your invoice.

  1. Log in to NTSA TIMS.
  2. Select the vehicle registration number.
  3. Choose number plate application or replacement.
  4. Pay official fees.
  5. Collect from the point NTSA indicates once ready.

Ownership must be correct first: transfer ownership.
