If you misplace your KRA PIN certificate, you can reprint it from iTax for free. You do not need to register a new PIN.

Reprint on iTax

  1. Log in at itax.kra.go.ke with your PIN (or ID where allowed) and password.
  2. Open the Registration menu.
  3. Choose Reprint PIN Certificate.
  4. Submit and download the PDF.

If you forgot both PIN and password

  1. Use Forgot Password on the login page and reset via the registered email.
  2. Once inside, reprint the certificate as above.
  3. If you cannot access that email, visit a KRA station or Huduma Centre with your original National ID and ask for PIN recovery. Printing at the counter is free.
