How to Get Your TSC Payslip Online (T-Pay)

TSC teachers view and download payslips on the T-Pay portal at tpay.tsc.go.ke.

Steps

  1. Go to tpay.tsc.go.ke.
  2. Log in with your TSC number and password.
  3. Choose the month and open or download the payslip.

First-time access

If you have never logged in, follow the registration or activation instructions on the T-Pay login page. Guides from teachers report that first-time activation is done through your TSC office with your original national ID and that you must have received your first salary; confirm the current process with your TSC county office.

Checking your payslip

Compare your basic pay and allowances with the current CBA figures on our TSC salary calculator, and check statutory deductions with the PAYE calculator. Raise errors with your TSC county director.
