The steps Kenya Power gives

1. Download the reversal/reallocation form from kplc.co.ke.
2. Fill it in full – handwritten.
3. Scan and attach a copy of your ID (front and back).
4. Attach a screenshot of the M-PESA transaction.
5. Send all documents, in PDF, back to Kenya Power.

After submitting

Kenya Power asks for your reference number so it can follow up.
