TrustGro was formerly GetBucks Kenya. It rebranded to TrustGro in 2021 and now trades as Fin Kenya, part of the Finclusion group. The website names the company as TrustGro SCA Limited trading as Fin and says it is licensed by the Central Bank of Kenya. It is a non-deposit-taking lender, so it lends money but doesn’t take savings. Many borrowers still search for “TrustGro” or “Trust Grow microfinance”, so both names refer to the same company and the same customer care line.

TrustGro and Fin Kenya branches

Fin Kenya says it has 7 main branches and 19 satellite offices across 26 counties, but its website doesn’t publish a branch list with addresses or branch phone numbers. We have not copied unverified branch lists from other websites. To find the office nearest you, call 0111 149 000 and give your town. Branches handle loan applications, statements, clearance letters and refund forms.

How to reach customer care fastest

The website’s contact form has a dropdown for the most common requests, so choosing the right subject sends your message to the right team. The options are:

  • Loan status: include your ID number and the date you applied.
  • Loan statement: statements cost KSh 500 per account, paid to the company bank account or paybill, and are issued on the 15th of every month.
  • Clearance letter: send proof of your final payment. Clearance letters are issued 24 hours after the company receives it.
  • Refund request: fill in a refund form at a branch or the head office. Refunds take 7 days to reach your account.
  • Complaint: keep your reference number. If the matter isn’t resolved, you can take it to the Central Bank of Kenya.

For anything urgent, call 0111 149 000 during working hours rather than waiting for an email reply.

Repayments and top-ups

Repayments are made through deductions by your employer (check-off) or through the company’s M-Pesa paybill. Fin Kenya offers a top-up once you have paid at least one instalment, will pay off loans you owe other lenders, and lets you clear your loan early. Ask customer care for the exact paybill and account format before paying, and keep every M-Pesa message.
