Old Mutual Paybill and Payment Options
Unit trusts and the money market fund
Old Mutual publishes one M-Pesa paybill for its unit trust funds:
- Go to M-Pesa and choose Lipa na M-Pesa, then Pay Bill.
- Enter business number 600500.
- Enter your fund account number as the account number.
- Enter the amount, confirm with your PIN and keep the M-Pesa message.

All five funds bank at Kenya Commercial Bank, Custody Services Branch (branch number 04, clearing code 01-133, SWIFT KCBLKENX), and the fund account number must be the payment reference.

Insurance premiums
For insurance and savings policies, Old Mutual lists these payment methods: M-Pesa, Airtel Money, direct debit, check-off through your employer, standing order, cheque and direct bank deposit. How to Make a Claim With Old Mutual Kenya
Old Mutual’s claims FAQs set out a simple process for general insurance claims:
- Notify the company within 24 hours of the loss, by phone, email or letter.
- Fill in the claim form from the Forms and Downloads page on oldmutual.co.ke.

- Wait for assessment. General insurance claims take about 7 working days on average to settle, depending on complete documents and, for motor claims, the availability of repair parts.
Windscreen claims
You have two options. Either replace the windscreen yourself and send the claim form with an ETR receipt and photos of the damaged screen for a refund, or send the claim form first and get a letter of authority to replace it.
Funeral and life claims

Old Mutual East Africa offers life and general insurance, investments and banking through Faulu Microfinance Bank, across Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan and Rwanda.
