How to receive a Standard Chartered Kenya dividend

  1. Own the shares before book closure. You must be on the register on the record date. Shares bought on or after the ex-dividend date do not qualify. See our NSE dividend calendar for upcoming dates across the market.
  2. Keep your CDS account details current. Dividends go to the bank account or M-Pesa number on record with the registrar.
  3. Chase missing payments. If an old dividend never arrived, follow our unclaimed dividends guide.
  4. Compare with peers. See KCB’s dividend history for another bank’s payout pattern.
