KRA Offices in Nairobi
The Nairobi region has the largest number of KRA locations. They fall into two groups: domestic tax offices that serve individuals and businesses, and customs stations at the airports and the container depot.

Times Tower is the best known KRA building and the one most people mean when they search for “KRA building Nairobi”. If you are going there for help with your PIN, returns or a tax compliance certificate, carry your national ID and KRA PIN details.
Customs stations in and around Nairobi
- JKIA cargo and courier stations: AFS, CSC, ACHL, Courier, KAHL, DHL and Signon
- JKIA passenger terminal
- Inland Container Depot (ICD), Embakasi
- Wilson Airport
- Namanga One Stop Border Post and Loitokitok, which the KRA page also lists under the Nairobi region

OSBP stands for One Stop Border Post, where Kenyan and neighbouring-country officers clear travellers and cargo at a single point. KPC stations sit at Kenya Pipeline depots and deal with fuel.
Which KRA Office Should You Visit?

- Call or email the contact centre for anything iTax cannot fix, such as a stuck refund or a wrong obligation on your PIN.

- Go to a customs station only for imports, exports and goods held at an airport, port or border.
